Y2K Bug returns 20 years later

Apparently many are affected by the fast fix of the Y2K bug that has returned

I have had a rash of things I can't figure out what happened since the beginning of the new year.

No sound from my TV, a few bugs in my files where they will not be accepted by my backup drives and the ever-persistent needed file that does not transfer back from archives.
