I can't figure out how to upload pictures from my IPad, but here is my favorite Fruit Cake Recipe.
Date Nut Tort
1 lb Dates
1 lb Pecans
1 lb candied fruit
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
2 rounded teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Leave Dates Pecans and Fruit hole, sift flour baking powder salt and sugar over date, nut, and fruit mix. Stir will. Add 4 beaten egg whites, mix throughly. Bake in a loaf pan about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
