Namibia!!! Man, I don't go ANYWHERE wher I may be cosidered a "menu item" by some of the wild life that is allowed to freely roam around. Solitude is one thing, but that place just looks too HOT. Mississippi is bad enough in July.

Daryl was the one who reported how difficult it was to get rid of the mud-red stain on his hand from shaking the hand of one of the ladies he met.

I'm Still kicking Pablo ... got out of Africa. The last couple days in Windhoek were interesting. Had to fight off two guys trying to mug me on a side street there. They didn't get anything but they can sure run fast.

But that photo is nothing compared to this one I took of some water buffalo 20 years prior...It took every bit of my photography skill to capture the matter suspended in mid-air before impact.
