He may be on assignment for the Acme Corselette Foundation Company too, judging by a few of his "National Geographic" pics !

Namibia!!! Man, I don't go ANYWHERE wher I may be cosidered a "menu item" by some of the wild life that is allowed to freely roam around. Solitude is one thing, but that place just looks too HOT. Mississippi is bad enough in July.

I bet he's okay. Just out of wi-fi range?

From the title, I was hoping you were going to post a picture where you had to find Daryl in it...

ie: where's daryl:

(actually this one is of my son)

Daryl can't go home until all the mud-red stains are completely gone from places that would require some serious explaining.;-) 😉 😉 😉 😉

Hey, All I Said Was..............

Daryl was the one who reported how difficult it was to get rid of the mud-red stain on his hand from shaking the hand of one of the ladies he met.

I'm Still kicking Pablo ... got out of Africa. The last couple days in Windhoek were interesting. Had to fight off two guys trying to mug me on a side street there. They didn't get anything but they can sure run fast.

here's a Widebeest action shot that didn't get in the photoblog ...

But that photo is nothing compared to this one I took of some water buffalo 20 years prior...It took every bit of my photography skill to capture the matter suspended in mid-air before impact.

Here's the menu on my last day there at Joes Beer House, it's not horse if its Zebra ...

Joe's

Spent a couple days in Hong Kong to pseudo sort out the jet lag..never works though...

And then coming back in to America here over West Coast...

An Awesome trip, a good recon for next winter perhaps... but now I'll be getting back into the Alaska Surveying gig next week ...
