That's funny!
a ball point pen barral, and a pc of rubber hose, like slingshots use, and some zip ties, and a bolt in the other end will do wonders.
Take and cap off a faucett, but drill a small hole in it. Hold the end of the pen barral up to the hole tightly, and force water into the medical hose. It inflates with water like a balloon. Use a crimp to close it, after it is full.
lots of uses for that thing.
