He has the player talent to do great things, but it is obvious he does not have the coaching ability.
There is a reason we called him Les Smiles in Okie. He is not a bad coach but he is just not a superior coach, which you need to be to keep a program at the top of it's game.

There is a serious disconnect from Crowton (sp?) the OC who is up in the AC box down to the sideline to whoever is signaling in the play to JJ.
It looks like a total cluster... again like last year

play calling in the 3rd were pitiful, imo.
It could get ugly real fast in Tiger Town.
Shepherd is going to be the bomb when he starts throwing to Randle and Tolliver on the halfback pass option sweeps.
