A fellow professional lost his 10 year old son last Sunday in a freak accident.
Mack McCarty is a professional surveyor who works at the Huntington office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. His family has set up a memorial fund to raise money to build a playground at the elementary school the boy attended.
