Mrs. File strongly hinted that we needed to use up the kale in the frig - she was conveniently scheduled to be in town at a meeting.... I didn??t want to heat up the house - so I used the traeger to do a stir fry. It was pretty good- I put bacon in there too to offset any positive effects of the kale.... I think I need to get some new tires on the pick up. I ran over the kale several times to tenderize it, but it was still kinda tough....

I think i even see a few broccoli florets in you Bacon bowl....they are close cousins those Brassicas
