That's some amazing gymnastics. I'm sure it takes practice and discipline.
As a young man I drove a '72 Suzuki TM400 (at the top of third gear) into the side of a very heavy bright yellow taxi cab and was propelled over the top of the car. When I came down (face first) on the pavement the other side of the taxi, I remember my feet smacking me in the back of my head. I couldn't walk for a week and wanted a back transplant.
My hat is off to that young lady.

tried the same thing one night with only one leg when I tapped an armadillo with the heel of my left boot before it went between the wheels of my Yamaha 400 Special at 50mph.
There are some talented ladies in this world.
Watched this young lady perform on AGT last week. It makes you hurt to even think about trying to work your muscles like that, let alone what is happening to your bones and their connectors.
