A new NFL team to follow. I suppose the Chiefs would be a natural choice, but they are AFC and I know nothing about those teams. Da' Bears could be the next choice...
The most unfortunate thing about the whole ordeal is the NFL will probably still force us to watch the Rams next season as our "regional" team.
I worked in the St. Louis area for three years and had to endure the Rams... spent some Sundays at Smokey Bones watching my Saints. But having the Cardinals wasn't a bad trade-off.
Business is business, but, the whole idea of marketing sports franchises is to find ways to motivate the locals to spend their discretionary funds on $15 hot dogs and beer. View this as incompetence by Rams executives rather than poor behavior on behalf of the residents of the St. Louis area and a 200 mile radius.
The Colts should still be in Baltimore and the Cardinals in St. Louis. The Oilers (Titans) should still be in Houston and the true Browns should have never left Cleveland. But, I would have no Kansas City Chiefs to cheer on as they would still be the Texans in Dallas.

Are you going to eat that obviously inebriated diller or just let it lay there? 😉
ARMADILLO FRICASSEE
1 armadillo, cut into pieces
2 med. potatoes
2 onions, sliced
2 carrots, coin chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dust armadillo meat in flour, salt, and pepper. Brown on both sides in the butter. Put enough water in pot to cover after adding remaining vegetables. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 2 hours. Add seasoned flour and water to thicken liquid.
B-)

Until Rock Island, Hammond, Akron, et al. get their NFL team back, you "Johnny-come-latelies" have no reason to complain 😀
