There is an ad on cable TV(Time Warner), where a little girl throws a penny in a wishing well, and wishes for a puppy.
Her mother, then throws a penny in the wishing well and hopes for affordable internet.
Cleaning guy comes in and tells her there is such a thing ... back & forth conversation ...
Then after he tells her that the great rate is the real rate, the camera goes to he head while she says something like "that's really nice", the for some stupid reason, turns her head hard to starboard, and continues, "actually".
This ad, and this particular part just makes me wonder ... what ... why ... does she turn her head.
Any ideas?

Now that I've watched the commercial, two thoughts come to mind.
1. She is letting us know that she is still talking to the cleaning guy before she looks that way again to ask another question.
or
2. It is a screw up where she was going to ask that second question but then realized she needed to turn to the daughter for a second before doing so.
