I'm making little puzzles you might have seen before (I have had one for years which I am copying). It's kind of a 3 dimensional cross thing. This is for a small gift for people I usually give a bottle of wine or liquor or a small book or something like that. This is a gift that I've spent some time on. I cut the slots with the router yesterday but it's an iterative process to get the thing to fit together. I got one together. I had to deepen and widen some slots so I clamped the piece to a piece of lath and did it on the table saw. I should've just used the table saw in the first place, a lot less trouble than the router. If I had to do it again I would make them larger so they would be easier to deal with and I'm using pine (two laths glued together). A hardwood such as oak would be better because it holds together better when you route or saw cut, not as much chipping.

I knew someone would notice that. 😉

Only water went in the glass this morning, honest!

I am rationed to 12 oz per day per my children's Mother who's word is law! So I save it until after 5pm.

"whose"

>....children's Mother who's word is law!....

"whose", "ours", "yours", "his", "hers", "its"....are possessive pronouns and don't have apostrophes. "Who's", "it's", "he's" "she's" have apostrophes when they are contractions for "who is", "it is", "s/he is". notice that "who" and "he" when changed to a possessive form don't just get an "s" added but the spelling actually changes. (ie: the possesive form of "he" doesn't change to "hes" but to "his".)

Okay, you can hit me now.:-S
