I don't know, but it's entirely possible that someone in Texas, (near where it's all wet,) will tell us the Latin name, and genus, in italics. Along with some comment, that IF I had been paying attention, I'd have seen.... anyhow, I am ok just with a Gate Guard.

And, this next pic is just a great tree. With a hole in it. A damaged tree. One that is probably not fit for lumber, yet, I bet a multitude of animals, and insects, find it's hollow portion a delight. Maybe a family of squirrels, will stash some acorns there. One persons junk, is another's treasure. Probably some birds, will go there, for shelter, on a rainy night.
Silly people will drive a couple of hours and pay large sums to commune with nature. We get paid to do that.
