It looks to me as if in Jacksonville, Florida there is a major problem with surveyors running around loose with spray cans. Probably half the graffiti in the city is the work of surveyors.
Now Krispy Kreme Donuts are a puzzle. Why is there even a demand for massive quantities of donuts outside the somewhat limited circles of law enforcement and DOT employees? I don't know. It looks like another business plan slipped off the tracks. It's like running an obesity franchise when a whole spectrum of US fast food companies already practically own the fat people market.
Those look more like One Call utility markings.

We have done several KK dounut stores this year. That store was in one bundle... But it was the only one in FL and it got lowballed by the Florida crowd. >3500 for Alta/topo/the world....rediclous
