I came across this one today. It's brief, but it touches on the FAA and the recent ruling that the FAA's ban on commercial drone use is unenforceable. I'm a little puzzled, because the gist of the article seems to be that realtors can use drones to show property without it being considered commercial use. I'm pretty sure the FAA has already made it clear that using drones to photograph property for sale is commercial use.

It's the ones that post to YouTube etc. that get busted. If you get some great aerial shots, DO NOT POST THEM! Them boys are going for bear real soon.
Just say it was a nice day to go flying or something. 😉
