Halfway through Wendell's situation description, I started to wonder if the contact person died, or is out on medical leave. That sort of confusion is often the result when a key person is abruptly unavailable on the mortal plane of existence. The person (or persons) taking over is overwhelmed.

That's pretty much what I was thinking too.?ÿ But then it looked like someone bought him out and never decided to do anything with the website.
