@williwaw not a bad approach at all. ?ÿOne day maybe people those who pull the purse strings will see that while technology investments are great it all comes and goes. And it is only as good as the People who operate it. People are the key. Investment in your good people will pay off always. Technology will not always pay off. If you can get the right people you have found the golden egg.
