Many, many, many, many times.?ÿ Sometimes, more than once on a single job.?ÿ He was a really nice guy, but not the sharpest tack in the tack ball.?ÿ Just as the need to have the plumbing pole actually plumb was pointed out MANY times - but didn't stay sunk in.
If so and this person can't understand the concept they are not trainable for the job.
Exactly!!?ÿ Unfortunately, in this particular instance his mother went to church with one of the company owners.?ÿ Although I pointed the issue out to the people in charge of hiring, when it is out of sight and being dealt with by someone else, I guess it actually isn't a problem.
That mindset, unfortunately, occurs all too often.?ÿ As long as someone who is actually breathing can be found, they're hired.
