RE: How to deal with passive aggressive personalities

I changed companies a couple of years ago, as a new LSIT. I was thinking that where I left was the oddity in lacking inhouse training. The new place is no different, no formal scheduled training sessions.

In my experience, a formal scheduled training would be an oddity.?ÿ I was fortunate to work at a couple of places that would take time to do a good bit of informal training, but the only formal training was at one place where my employer would take me along to the yearly CPD hours and once sent me and another person to a several day training for some new software being required by a large client.
