At least for a large part of the U.S.
"Everyone begins as a child by liking Weather. You learn the art of disliking it as you grow up. Noticed it on a snowy day? The grown-ups are all going about with long faces, but look at the children - and the dogs? They know what snow's made for."

That's great Jim, thanks!
I just saw Paulk ride his scoot past the "Weather Channel" film crew, the snow folks are lovin' it!!!
Yeah but it was tough putting on a tire chain on the Harley.
Works just fine though.
Made a ski for the front wheel of my bike once and wrapped some light chain around the tire of the rear. Worked good as long as you stayed in the ruts, not so good out of them. Out of the ruts was kind of like the time I put the harness on the burro, hooked an old iron sled that granddad had as a kid up, got the buggy lines and went for a ride. Worked good until I was not paying enough attention to my rig and let the sled run up and hit the burro, had both a runaway and a wreck.

Great quote, Jim!
Ask a class of 1st graders, "Who can sing"? They all raise their hands.
Ask a class of middle school students, "Who can sing"? Half the class raise their hands.
Ask a high school class, "Who can sing"? Three, four or five raise their hands.
We seem to do a great job at teaching people what they can't do.
