This is a nifty little freeware program that can do a whole bunch of power-user-type stuff.
The two things I really like are (1) the ability to right-click on a window's Close button, which will minimize that window to the Tray and (2) set up a hot key combo which can minimize ALL windows to either the Taskbar or the Tray.
It has an awful name, but, hey.....

Windows button plus "d" minimizes all windows by default.
