Does anyone have an elevation certificate word file that I can insert my a jpeg of my stamp and signature in? Could you email it to civilsurvey@gmail.com

I've had forms rejected that had computer generated signatures.
the pdf form will allow you to add a stamp but it is a convoluted procedure. i hope somebody has a decent hack too.

It's legal in Florida as long as it is accompanied with an electronic signature (5J-17.062 F.A.C.).
