.........in a town called Lynden Washington, about 5 miles from the Canadian border.
The Pioneer Museum, which is housed in an old John Deere dealership on the main drag.
We were in the area visiting my brother, who has relocated after 35 years from Las Vegas to Bellingham.
We almost drove right on past, when my brother mentioned that it might be an interesting stop.
There is quite an extensive collection of memorabilia from the Civil War Era on up to the 1940's, including an interesting exhibit on WW II in the Pacific Theater.
Anyway, some of the exhibits caught my eye.
