Monday I ordered something that I had to have for a presentation tomorrow morning, and shipment went out Monday as confirmed by Post Office, with delivery today. It did not come as promised. Website and telephone inquiries are useless.
This is the second time in two attempts this has happened. I will never ever use this service again if I can help it.

I noticed that during the holiday season the USPS tends to "lose" or damage several things. I hope you get your order ASAP, Frank.
