They list MSG in their ingredients. I go for brands that don't.

If you get migraines, MSG is a very common trigger. I don't get the headache, but do get the visual disturbances (zig-zag lines and gray blotches behind them) that last for a few minutes, and then my head feels "spacy" and hard to concentrate for a while.
