Iƒ??m preparing to purchase a new WiFi modem and was wondering if anyone is using a Mesh setup. I am currently running two networks, one for entertainment and one for security cameras. I have a 2 story house and a Netgear AC1900 takes care of entertainment with no complaints.?ÿ
The security camera network (a separate AC1900) is the one Iƒ??m having signal strength problems with and ƒ??thinkƒ? a mesh system would correct this. I have tried ?ÿcombining networks but the router cannot handle the flow of 9-12 cameras and entertainment. I canƒ??t set up a bridge between the two existing routers because of wiring problems.

Anyone using a mesh system and how do you like it? ?????ÿ

TIA

I have the TP Link setup Deco P9 because of the powerline backhaul.?ÿ I have a thick central wall that is a bitch to get through and powerline backhaul does seem to work.?ÿ It works as advertised with no dead zones.?ÿ I should have waited for the WiFi 6, but, needed the system when I bought.?ÿ If you are taxing the system then a Mesh with WiFi 6 so that it can use that line as backhaul would be best from my reading
