I wanted to share some info that some may find beneficial. My dad died several years ago from Dementia / Alzheimer's which due to the possible hereditary nature of the disease has me concerned. One of the possible causes of the disease is low testosterone levels. If you do an internet search you will find some conflicting info whether there is a direct correlation and I suspect most of the claims are money motivated. Nevertheless, you will not find anyone claiming that low T level are healthy (for men or women). Additionally, there are implication with low T levels for heart disease, diabetes, and several other illness / problems commonly faced.
In my searches I found the following link and - that I can tell - the only possible angle he has for profit is linked referrals. He is not selling anything directly and everything he suggests is either free (types of exercise) or available elsewhere (and possibly less expensive). He is entirely into natural methods and warns strongly against artificial means of raising T levels. The artificial means will cause atrophy and greatly reduce the body's ability to produce T.
Anyway, you can dismiss this a humbug but do your own research. The link below is pretty direct and some of the subject matters are not for younger readers. The links on the left of the page will probably take you 30 minutes to an hour to go through everything. I do not think anything has medical research links so again, do your own research. In his blog posts he specifically warn against assuming he is giving medical advice and directs the reader to discuss medical matter with a doctor.

add depression/anxiety to your list of symptoms of low test.
i started working out and can feel my levels rising.
I just make it a point to take a multivitamin every day for overall health.
The reason historically why certain herbs have aphrodisiac associated properties is from the lack of those vitamins or enzymes as part of the regular diet. When the body is supplied with what it was lacking, overall health and energy return.
Tomatoes were prized in the past, as the high vitamin C content was lacking from many diets, and tomatoes could be dried and transported great distances.
As for the sex drive issue, I personally will be happy when I can think of something else for a while........
