Someone else will eventually own those frequencies.

When is the question, surely not now to bail out LightSquared stock. There are vultures or saviors waiting in the wings for the price to go down and are presently developing or hoping to implement some use for that range of communication.

LightSquared formula of use was tested and smited. No one should bring a return in any use that has a similar fashion that will bother neighboring spectrum. That was the problem, not the people nor the science involved. They were destroying the effect of current technology to bring in their own system and use their own equipment. They were trying to monopolize the industry with their current technology and that is not allowed.

LightSquared deserves its fate, to dissolve and go away.

It is no doubt that Javad will stay in the ranks with another venture into the future goings on in the GPS world. He will probably always be there. He always has been there from what I know.

I simply hope he stays within the present developed equipment and makes what we have and use better and cheaper so more surveyors can benefit from its use.

Every maker in the GPS world has the same field to play upon.
