Paul, Baylor was placed ahead of TCU because they beat them on the field of play. Penn State, Notre Dame and Georgia Tech all lost this week while Baylor beat #22 Texas. Baylor's three losses are to #3, Oklahoma State; #11, Kansas State and TAMU, who was ranked when they played. Also, Baylor is the team that knocked Oklahoma from #5 to #10. BTW, the Big 12(10) now has six ranked teams, plus both of the new members of the conference are currently ranked while recent departure, Nebraska, is as well.
