Anyone know if Land Surveyors Workshop is still in business? Their website is still active and listed the 2015 cruise, so I figured they were still at it.
If someone may know differently, please let me know.

That's sounds like a euphemism for some type of feline flogging :-$
I think that he did post recently that he was going to board a "love boat" cruise with a group of surveyors.

Thanks everyone but I still don't know if they are in business? The main reason I ask, is that I have placed an order for several items, that have yet to arrive and contacted them several times without a reply. I just wanted to make sure that they are still active or if I needed to investigate any charges that I may have incurred.

Larry is still in business. I ordered a few books from him a month or two ago. He was in the middle of "seminar" season, and it did take him a few weeks to get them to me. I believe he is doing it all by himself now. He used to have someone that worked for him, but the last time I spoke with him, he was in the process of moving his bookstore from one location to another location.
I also know that he did not charge me for the order until he actually shipped the books. Larry is a standup guy. The last time I heard he was covered up with a large project, and he, like many of us, is still a small one or two man operation.

Chris, this was just posted to facebook through another surveyor that visits here. I consider Larry a personal friend, and the utmost professional, so he wouldn't ignore you on purpose.
"We just learned that Larry Phipps is in Wake hosp, in Raleigh and will have surgery for a tumor in the brain tomorrow (Monday) for this problem, your prayers are requested for Larry and his family. As I was told that this problem started on Friday, with some problems with making decisions. So keep him in your prayers. MANY THANKS, IF AND WHEN I HEAR FURTHER WILL ADD TO THIS SITE OR YOU CAN CONTACT ME." <---- that was on facebook, not me stating that.
Hopefully, he'll get this worked out soon.
