No, I'm not talking about the type of guy that always wants a break on the price of a survey for helping.
Is it just me or has this site suddenly experienced an unusual increase of land owners visiting this site to get advice on their boundary problems?
There has to be a huge number of land owners with questions about potential conflicts, yet over the last 15 years or so that I have been visiting surveyor discussion boards, there never really has been any public participation to speak of...
Why isn't there more land owner participation?

They have to stumble onto us or be referred by someone. I'm not sure who would do the referring.

I think that the increased participation here which you mention is due to the improvement of search engines.
