The corn arounf here is over my head.

Hopefully there will be enough rain as the growing season continues, so that the East cam make up for the loss this year of millions of acres od corn along the Missouri, et al.

"Knee high by the 4th of July" was a saying that predated genetic engineering for corn and other vegetables.

As long as I've been paying attention (mid 70s), corn has always been shoulder high or more by the beginning of July in decent years. I'm glad to hear the corn is performing as it should in PA this year.
