But, I think I found out why.
I changed the brands of pants I wear. The belt loop is in a different location. And, the tool pouch does not ride in the right location. When I ride the 4wheeler, they fall out.
If you find a 25' keson box tape, it is mine.

I left one up on a mountain in Nevada in February. I know right where it is, so it's not lost really. I'm just not going to go get it. I'll give you lat/long on it if you want.

I tend to think of a 33 footer as 2 poles instead of 1/2 a chain in Virginia 🙂

That's 2 rods here in Massachusetts. I guess it might be a colonial thing, but I can't remember seeing chains used in deeds around here.
