I could have sworn I made a post on this but it seems to be gone. If this is a double post, my apologies.

The subject of an inversion table came up awhile back on the other board.

Of the people that use one, I was curious how long you use it, and if you fully invert.

I just gave my new one a shot for the first time, and inverted almost to full and it definitely takes some getting used to. Seems like people who use them regularly stay on for a good 15 minutes or so. I could only last a few minutes.

Bryan, just a thought, but wouldn't it be easier to get an instrument with erecting optics so that everything doesn't appear to be upside down? High marks for creativity, but the judges say that inverting the instrument person may present some substantial problems.

I never thought of that.
