Nopie, Nopie. Not Deral. I like apes but those are well in excess of our law, and likely most states laws and would get you pulled over and likely towed.
You see a lot of custom bikes on OCC and other programs that might look kinda cool but would be very impractical to ride.
Those are not ape hangers, those are ab STRETCHERS!

Theorheticly, you could have a bike registered in Arkansas, and drive through Texas, which has a law Max of 15" above seat. Since you are not registered in TX, could you get away with it?
I for one, don't think tall ape hangers are safe.
