It was leaning over a house.
It was rigged with a large come a long, to a tree. Also, it was hooked to my truck. This way, after I felt it was safe, I could pull it with the truck.
I will confess, I'm sore. I am not used to this. It's all cut up, and we used the tractor, and dumptruck. Good firewood. Good friends. I really enjoy tree work. It comes natural to me. We did 2 others pretty good sized, but this was the big, dead, dangerous one.
I love chainsaws, and all things associated with wood.
I got no surveying done today...

A few years ago I bought 100 foot of synthetic winch line. It works really good for pulling like that.
