HP Designjet 110 Plus Driver Windows 10

If you go add a printer manually, when you're at the window where you can select a printer by brand, there is an option along the lines of Windows update. Selecting this will cause Windows to update it's list of printers.?ÿ Once it does that, there should be a driver listed for the Designjet 110.?ÿ If it's like my Designjet 800, it'll be an HP driver delivered by Microsoft.

@stephen-ward Well it didn't work. I gave up and called HP. A tech got on my computer and remotely loaded a driver from a Windows 7 driver. It worked, but unfortunately he didn't load the drivers you need to plot from AutoCad. So I'm back to the HP tech help.

@skeeter1996 AutoDesk quit supporting older printers.?ÿ I've long since gone to plotting to a pdf, then printing the pdf to the plotters.?ÿ Added benefit is that I always have an electronic record of everything that goes out the door.

@skeeter1996 I've added a couple links below.?ÿ The first documents Autodesk's issues with several legacy HP plotters and gives a few workarounds including several driver versions for the 110plus that are known to work with Win10.?ÿ The second link is to Microsoft's Update catalog which lists several versions of the driver for 64bit WinXP 7 & Windows Server 2003 that will likely work in Win10-64bit.

Lastly, surveyors (myself included) can be notoriously cheep and are known to waste crazy amounts of time trying to wring a little more use out of an obsolete piece of software or equipment.?ÿ I suspect if we took a good look at the value of our time vs. the perceived savings of continuing to use obsolete tools we'd find that we'd be ahead to break out our wallet and move on with a newer piece of equipment.

You got that right. I could have bought the latest HP Plotter if I got paid for the time I've spent fooling around with this old Plotter.

The Plot to a .pdf file seems to work fine.
