The "No glove, no love" rule is a good one to know. My kids know it well and they are very young, well the boy is 13 and is starting to comb his hair, so it's right around the corner.

Oh yea I agree there 100%. I meant like little kids...although that would make for an interesting "discussion" if they were to ask for a stuffed animal like the little character who is using his ballies to walk! 😛

We've been having these discussions with them since they were about 4. Graphic and everything, but now it's not a "taboo" thing to talk about and they freely ask questions where they may have gotten "poor" information from their friends at school.
I'm pretty open with my kids (sometimes to a detriment) but they see honesty in me and they reflect it to others. We do use the technical names though and explain the slang names.
