I use Google Reader most every day... And this site is all set up! You get a quick read with no response capability, but you can always pop on over and whine if something catches your fancy.:-)

1. are the postings I see in Reader pushed up automatically or do you select them and push?
1.5 how often is the push?
2. If I read from Reader do you still get the advertising credit?

To be honest, I'm not sure. I'm not much of an RSS reader. It may take some trial and error.

I would assume instantly on a per-post basis.
