Google earth pro is anyone out there using the payed version for hopefully better resolution i am really likeing the overlay of images in CAD to help plan work
And i can see that as images are better the planning is better
R U using pro?
The images available in standard are 95% of time fine.
Does Pro have better images in areas on standard where poor. I assumed poor clarity areas because of security.

I use Google Earth Pro on a daily basis. I don't know about the image quality issue because I moved to Pro very early. The greatest feature I find in it is the abality to easly switch between different years of imagery. Usually I find that the imagery that is not real good is the old stuff in areas that new imagery is not avaliable.
The images are the same in both versions, HOWEVER the print resolution is much better in PRO.

Different years of imagery is available in the free version too.

When you print does this mean you can save to a file at higher resolution
thus insert into cad for planning purposes
Ie save image as TIFF PNG
Thanks

The free version image is at lower resolution then in the pro
version at AKA print time in the pro version a higher resolution image is download from the server to be printed or save to file
This so called pro print version could be to file PNG or tiff
at 4 times the free version if i understand correctly .
