Early game today, maybe I can finish watching this one.
Those high dollar big name yanks are looking mighty normal against a team that has few big names, but just good solid players. Except for Cliff Lee (that guy is from another planet).
I was given tickets to the next Ranger home game, I will go if it happens, but I would rather they just take care of business today.

Two weeks ago, most Yankee fans around here were hoping to face Tampa Bay rather that Texas.....guess their instincts were right.
Still......several years ago, Boston came back down 3-1.....and after all, Texas just won 3 straight, so it can be done.
This is why they play a seven game series.
(But glad I'm not a betting man.....)

I'm with you!! It was great to see them kick the Crankies butts and being the underdog made it even better. :good:
I'd rather seem the Rangers finish them Yankmes off today than have to come back to a home game. But even then...they'll win at home. No doubt in my mind. They have a strong solid team this year.
wow
It would be nice for the yanks to win today and somehow eek out a win back in TX in game 6. Maybe throw at Hamilton's head a few times. Get him off the plate.
Then have a Lee -Sabathia duo in Game 7 ...just for the drama of it all.;-)

Haha...funny. I can't help it if the "Crankies" team is a buncha cry babies... :'( Boo Hoo!! LOL!!
Actually the Yanks are my moms favorite team and she's ragged on my team since 1980 and so I rag on hers. That's where that all started then my cousin hopped in there and we both became anti-yankee fans, him being a big time Dodger fan and me being a big time St. Louis Cardinals fan. But it's not so bad to where I'd wind up getting into a fist fight or brawl over it. Just a friendly rivalry. 😉
