My U8s have their first game today. I have a full roster with a lot of greenies. It should be interesting. we also have 2 road games this year.
We have been practicing on a 2/week schedule.
I really only got 2 'playas' so to speak with another 2 coming on strong. The other 8 need a lot of coaching. But game day is for fun. .
After that game, I will see a U12 B game. I have been a keeper coach for them. They have a kid with a lot of physical talent. I been working with him on the mental game along with the technical. I have trying to get his 'fire' lit and using a lot of visualization also.
After that,grass needs mowing and then off to our son's # 8 Bday party. He is taking 5 friends to the bowling alley for fun and games and pizza somewhere.
Then off to the family dinner at my FIL's home with more B day stuff and swimming.
I got to drop off a prelim plat for clients' review on the way to the game. I worked to 10 last night. Probably will have to work Sunday on it.
