Several weeks ago, I made a post concerning shoulder pain I was experiencing and recieved some good advice from those replying. I did visit my family doctor and he gave me a pamphlet outlining some similar exercises as some of you guys suggested, but I found one on the net that REALLY made an improvement for me.
I thought I would share for those with similar pain.
Billy,
I've been having some pains and major weakness in my shoulders, I'm glad you posted this. Did you buy the whole video, or was what he showed the extent of it? I'm going to start doing these tonight.
Thanks again. I'll let you know how it goes.

"Frozen Shoulder" Revisited...Carl
No, I didn't purchase the video. I'm just doing what you see in the vid I posted and it has made a big improvement for me.
btw...the spandex outfit is optional...;-)

I am sure that exercise will help a lot, but physical therapy is an answer too.
I had it and after several months of pt, my shoulder was back to normal.
PT is highly recommended.
I could not move my arm when I started the therapy.

"Frozen Shoulder"
That's not really an option at this time Keith. And everyday that I swing a machete or pound a tall witness post I tweak the shoulder... I need a little relief.

I just know that it worked for me and I went to the PT for an hour at a time and gradually went fewer times as I got better.
Good luck.

Oh... I'd LOVE to go!! (Really)
$$$ and thin insurance is my barrier.
