That was great!
Thanks!

I guess humans are incapable of being reasonable and compromising and just getting along.
Why on earth would someone take years off their life fighting over stupid stuff like this?
My wife wants me to build a new fence inside the old one. I said, no, not doing that. I'll just work it out with the neighbor.
I had a client who was convinced she had her block fence built one foot inside her lot lines. My survey indicated that it was built on her side of the line but not one foot, the face was right on the line which makes sense given the small size of her corner lot. Of course she hated me after I told her the truth. She admitted that she and the neighbor got on well in the early 60s when the wall was built, he just didn't want to pay for half of a block wall (redwood being much cheaper and common) so she built it on her property so it would be hers. She was upset because he painted his side of the wall, strange. The neighbor was the same neighbor when I was there, he said she had gone nuts in the last few years. A few neighbors talked to my rod man and told him the same thing, she just lost her mind and became an angry old witch in the last few years. I had another client's neighbor the same way, old woman trouble maker.
She needs more practice with that sledge. Perhaps she would sign on for a few days of hub pounding so as to be better prepared for when the neighbor reconnects.
