The Map Service Center (MSC) website and co-located systems are under construction/maintenance beginning sometime after 5pm on Thursday, May 17th. The website and systems are potentially going to remain offline into next week and possibly into the week of Monday, May 28th. Please check periodically to get the latest update.

National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP): Flood Insurance Rate Map Data is Still Available
Although the Map Service Center will be down for maintenance until at least May 28 while we move to a new facility, NFIP Flood Insurance Rate map information is available from FEMA’s National Flood Hazard Layer (NFHL). This map layer represents the current effective data of the NFIP where maps have been modernized and made digital.
