No vindication needed
My little brother and I would fight (not to those extremes) but fight, argue, spit, cuss when we were young. He was 1 1/2 yrs my junior. He died in 1987 and there arent any holidays that go by that he is not remembered. I do not know how our relationship might have developed into middle age I just know that good or bad, it definately would not had taken the toll that it did on my parents as they entered their golden years that his death did. I am not saying forgive and forget, or give him a free pass for his behavior, all I am saying is a person that has the capability of caring should never close the door completely, because even though you can take it or leave it, once the grief tap is open it is a tough hole to plug.
Sorry to be a Debbiedowner, Happy Holidays all 😐
ps. You didn't touch his drum set did you?:-)
