Does anyone know of a way to extract all the photos out of a Facebook group short of going through them one-by-one? I'm a member of a couple of groups where a lot of historic photos have been posted and I'd like to save & organize them.

Go to General Account Settings, and at the bottom is a button to download your facebook data.
