I went to our local Ducks Unlimited Dinner last night. I got skunked!
I didn't win anything at all. I even had to buy a hat!
Usually I win a gun, a painting, a statue, a bag, a hat, something!!!
The attendance was way, way down from the last few years and the gifts a little light. Overall, a bummer, but it supports a great organization.
This should have been the grand prize!

Same thing at our local dinner here. Attendance was the lowest I had seen it in about 10 years.
Live Auction items went way below the cost of obtaining the item. I cant see how they even broke even.
