Email from potential client:
Dan,
You've already uncovered a couple of issues that needed to be brought to
light sooner than later so please proceed with the surveys. You were
reasonable on your bid the last time so I have no reason to believe this
one would be any different.

Gotta love those kind of clients, but they are a rare breed.
I’ve had a few like that, but not nearly as many as I would like.

Intelligent clients realize that it is in their interest to work with people they have learned to trust. The sooner you become one of those trusted providers, the sooner your business will be profitable.
