I saw the book that Deral was reading in his post below, and googled it. It is available in ebook format. I downloaded the zip file, and when I unzipped it, it was a djvu file.

I downloaded what I thought was a djvu viewer, and I can't seem to read the file. Has anyone had any experience with this type of file?

One of the adjacent counties used djvu for presentation of survey plats on the internet, they have since gone to "PDF". I got the viewer from Lizardtech.

Like I said " I got my viewer (Browser plug-in) from Lizardtech, 3 years ago or longer, since that point in time, it appears that Celartem got the rights to DjVu which appointed Caminova as Exclusive Worldwide DjVu® Distributor
