I was thinking of a case someone had posted years back that originated in Corpus Christi (iirc). The townhouse-purchase-misadventure in a previous thread had me thinking of that, and if that was a remedy. Some cursory reading about contract law pertaining to real estate, and clauses, and how legal interpretations can vary throughout the state is amazing to say the least.
